Job Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees the assembly of high-tech components and ensures timely delivery of the final product. They manage a team, analyze production schedules, and enforce safety standards within the L10 Production Department.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years' experience in a related field required
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environments
